When you engage the Seebach Creative Services team, you’ll quickly realize that our only goal is to help you grow your business by creating long lasting and impactful creative materials that hit the mark and that your customers will remember!
Here is a brief overview of our process:
After you contact us, the first thing we’ll do is schedule a 15-30 minute telephone call with you so we can learn more about your business, the products and services that you offer, your short- and long-term goals, budgets, etc. During this call, we’ll ask questions and you can too. We are also available to meet in person if you are located in the greater Dayton, Ohio area. There is no fee for this consultation.
Scope of Work and Estimate
After our initial conversation, if a project has been well defined (i.e.: a 9×6 direct mailer designed by next Friday at noon), then we’ll simply email you our standard Estimate or Quote document outlining project scope, deliverables, due-dates, and fees. Once those documents are agreed upon, signed and executed – we’ll get to work.
Typically we quote on a per job basis (i.e. a price for the complete job). However, if the job is ongoing or we foresee multiple revisions or edits, then we might suggest hourly tracking and billing. This is something we can discuss in the Initial Conversation.
Invoice and Payments
Once job is completed, payment will be due in full before final materials are provided—unless previous arrangements have been made. In some cases (i.e. size of job), half of the total invoice may be required up-front with the balance of the invoice to be paid in full once job is completed. We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Business Check, Money Order, or PayPal.
